About Me

Myrta, a Brazilian native, migrated with her family to the United States at the age of 7. She has always had a heart of servitude, driving her to be continually involved in sports and in helping people.

After starting college, Myrta decided to pursue Massage Therapy, ultimately graduating Lincoln Tech in Somerville, MA., Myrta has now been in the industry over 14 years. 

​

By 20, Myrta had moved to L.A to serve at the Dream Center. There she spent a year and half serving the inner city of L.A. During that time Myrta had her heart motivated even further to loving and helping people in need.

​

Myrta is a former Esthetician and Personal Trainer, and now a proud wife, mother of 2, soccer coach and business owner. 

​

Prior to living in Florida, Myrta owned her own practice successfully working with athletes and people with chronic problems. 

​

After 2 years in the Saint Johns area she has realized the opportunity for a dedicated wellness provider serving the the First Coast community.
